Abide! Share! Radiate!

            Have you had your Joy Juice today?  Walk like Jesus…with a cup of joy juice in hand!

            There are people in our lives that are good role models…those who inspire and encourage us and set high standards.  I’m sure you can think of someone right now that has influenced you in a positive way.  You can thank them for the impact they have made on your life.

            1 John 2:3-6 tells us about the supreme role model that we should follow. 

^“3 We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. ⁴ Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. ⁵ But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: ⁶ Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did”.

        One version says: “the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked.”

           
        “HE” of course, is Jesus. And He should be the one we strive to emulate.  True Christian faith results in loving behavior; that is why John says that the way we act can give us assurance that we belong to Christ. Do we reflect Jesus in our words and actions?

            Abide in Him, share His love and radiate with His joy.
