Celebrate Easter Joy!

             Have you had your Joy Juice today?  There is a special refreshing serving made with the love and joy of Jesus…!

            When I say “EASTER”, what images come to your mind? Of course, there are bunny rabbits, colored eggs, family gatherings, egg hunts, and new clothes!   Though all of these things are fun, we don’t want to lose sight of the real meaning of EASTER.

Easter Sunday is a couple of days away.  Christians all over the world will be celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. He gave His life to die for our sins. On “Good Friday” (Good only because of the significance for us), Jesus was crucified on a cross. But on the third day --- the day we now celebrate as Easter Sunday --- the women found an empty tomb. In Mark 16 we read that they saw an angel who told them, "Don't be afraid! I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He has risen!  He is not here.”

As Christians we have reason to celebrate……We do not serve a dead God, an idol or just a theological idea!  He is ALIVE!!!!  AND He offers to each of us the gift of eternal life and forgiveness of sins.

So as we prepare our hearts for Easter, let’s remember to celebrate Christ.  When we allow Him to come into our hearts, He will bring the JOY of the resurrection….and that’s the BEST kind of Easter JOY you can experience!
