Have you had your Joy Juice today? We interrupt this Joy Juice devotional for a
large serving of joy in the Lord!
Each of us
are faced with interruptions throughout our day! Most interruptions are unplanned
detours….sometimes brief moments, at other times prolonged inconveniences. May
I suggest that if we look hard enough, we can find joy in even the
interruptions of life?
When we
focus on God’s plan for our day…for each day of our life…then our perspective
will change and we become less “ME-focused”.
Beginning the day with prayer and asking for God’s direction, will
transform our mind-set to making the day count for Him.
Listen to
the words of Romans 12:12: “Do not conform to the pattern of this
world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able
to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
Wanna know a
secret? When we are in the center of
God’s good, pleasing and perfect will….there is a WELCOME interruption! It’s sometimes unexpected but always a
pleasure. It’s called “JOY IN THE LORD”!
Interrupt the plans of your day by asking God to transform your thoughts
into ones which include HIS JOY!
