Sow JOY Generously!

Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Give generously to your neighbors and friends so that your supply will continually multiply!

            2 Corinthians 9: 6-8 is a clear explanation of why we should give generously.   “Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work”.

            Paul was teaching that if our heart attitude is right, we will give because we want to, NOT because we have to.  When we feel obligated or compelled, there is no JOY in giving. But when we “sow generously” out of love for our Father, we will “reap generously”.  God promises that his grace will abound in our lives. 

            How can we do as the scripture says and be a cheerful giver? It starts with a personal relationship with Christ! Allow Him to fill your heart with God’s love and joy and you will be looking for ways to share it with others!  Ask Him to show you who, what, when, where and how to share.  Then, get ready for an EXTRA personal serving of HIS JOY!!!!!

            Drink your JOY JUICE faithfully, but don’t forget to give generously to others!
