Is Your Glass Half FULL of JOY?


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Is that glass half empty or half full?  It’ll make the difference in how you face your day!

            Is your example contagious?  People are looking…Whether it’s a friend or colleague, a child or an adult, a family member or simply an acquaintance. YOU make a difference in someone’s life! To be a positive, joyfully contagious example, we all need a good role model.  The Bible provides us with a wealth of guidance in the form of Godly principles.

            By following these principles, we can be outrageous and contagious Christians.  Paul tells us in 1 Thess. 5:16-18 to: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”  Joy! Gratitude! Prayer! Those three are always linked! Joy springs from a heart of gratitude and prayer.

            The opposite is also true; pessimism and grumbling are linked to depression.  We can choose to see our glass half-empty and complain about our lives…and the price we pay is our joy and peace. On the other hand, we can choose to rejoice and give thanks no matter what. When we do this we are saying, “Not my will, God, but yours be done.”  We’ll find our glass not just half full, but overflowing with JOY in the Lord!

            Let’s fill our JOY JUICE glass as full as possible today by following the contagious example of Jesus!

OUTRAGEOUS JOY


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  That’s exactly what you need to make certain that your day is an outrageously joyful one!

            Do you even find yourself feeling overwhelmed and stressed even before your day gets started?  I have a suggestion for you.  Let’s make up our minds from the 'get-go' that no matter what happens today, we’re going to “count it all joy”.

            That’s what James tells us to do in chapter 1, verse 2 of his letter.  He said:
“Count it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trails of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”

            When we get to a point in our lives that we are spiritually mature enough to accept whatever God brings or allows to happen, then we will be able to face each new day with an OUTRAGEOUS JOY because of our faith and confidence in Him.    Do you realize that God cares more about our joy than we often do?  It’s for that reason that he does not leave us alone in our misery. According to author Lydia Brownback, “God orchestrates for us and in us the humility we need in order to see that God is a kind Father and compassionate friend who brings hard situations into our lives so that he can show us our need for grace and deepen our relationship with him.  Such humility is necessary in order to count it all joy.”

            Remember: you can choose to have an OUTRAGEOUS day of JOY in the LORD by putting your complete trust in Him!

Take Captive Your Thoughts and Be JOYful!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today???  Make a conscious decision to drink it in and keep joyful thoughts in the forefront of your mind!

                  Paul says in 2 Cor. 10:5 that we should take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”  He didn’t say, “Quit thinking;” nor did he say, “Take captive some of your thoughts.”  He said to take captive EVERY thought.

         In other words, when a thought pops into our mind, we must analyze it in a split second.  Is the thought beneficial to God’s purpose or is it a selfish thought?  Is it destructive or does it encourage and build up?   

            A good analogy might be to compare our thoughts to a caged animal. If we were to put any animal in a cage, it would be in captivity. It would be there until we set it free.  If we were to leave the animal in the cage without ever feeding it, it would soon die.  It is the same with our thoughts.  If we feed a thought, it will keep growing…sometimes out of control.   That thought can become destructive, not only to you, but also to your family, friends, acquaintances; your job may suffer.  The thought could become so uncontrolled that it creates anger, bitterness, resentment, and selfishness. 
          
           God's Word tells us to take those thoughts captive and to set our minds of things above, not on earthly things. (Col. 3:2) Let's fix our thoughts on JESUS!  He is willing to cleanse our lives and fill us with cheerful thought of JOY!

Choose JOYful Thoughts!

            Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  As you sip your juice this morning, make sure your thoughts are JOYful ones!

            You know, we do have a choice about what kind of thoughts we “entertain”.  Even in the midst of trials and troubles, we can still make a conscious choice to think good thoughts.

            I often go back to the verse in Philippians 4: 8 to be reminded of my choices:  Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable----if anything is excellent or praiseworthy---think about such things.

            This verse is an excellent weapon to hide in the arsenal of our heart so that we can pull it out and use it when negative circumstances arise and those bad thoughts begin to creep in.

            We are to think on things that are true, noble and right….NOT false, despicable and wrong. We are to focus on things that are pure, lovely, and admirable….NOT vulgar, ugly, and disrespectful. The verse tells us to keep excellent and praiseworthy thoughts in our minds, so that our daily lives will reflect His goodness and grace.

            Frequently we are overwhelmed with situations that seem totally out of control.  Instead of dwelling on the negatives and becoming discouraged, let’s call to memory the verse in Philippians and allow God to fill our minds with thoughts of JOY!!!!

Let's determine to make wise choices by thinking on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, praiseworthy….AND JOYFUL!

Transparent, JOYful Thoughts


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Notice how clear and transparent the juice is as you pour yourself a glass.  Are your thoughts that transparent?

            What if people could tell what you were thinking every minute?   Would you be pleased with what they would learn about you?  Though we know that God is all-knowing and that He is intimately familiar with our thoughts, we don’t always live like we truly believe it. Outwardly, we can pretend to be one kind of person, but on the inside, we may be something completely different.  We may be able to mislead people….but there’s no fooling God!

 In 1 Chronicles 28:9/b (NIV) we read:  “…the Lord searches every heart and understands every motive behind the thoughts.  What does He find when He searches your heart? Genuine love, authenticity, transparency?  Or does He see a counterfeit?  A phony?  We can fool others, but God sees the REAL US when He looks at our heart.

Joyce Meyer challenges us: "If you have not been working with the Holy Spirit to break old thought patterns and form new ones, it is time to get started.  Think some good thoughts about people, and as your attitude starts to change toward them, watch your relationships start to change for the better."

Not only will your thoughts be more JOYful, but you will bring JOY to others by allowing them to gaze into your transparent heart and find the love of Christ!

Let's drink our JOY JUICE faithfully as we allow God to search our transparent heart and find an overflow of genuine JOY!

Renew with JOY!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  It tastes a lot better if you are drinking it with a good attitude!!

            We all have days when our attitudes are not very joyful…sometimes even down-right rotten!  Is it because of our thoughts?   When you notice your attitude going south….toward the negative….stop and examine the situation.  I believe you’ll find that the problem began with your thought-life.  In order to avoid thinking negatively, we must keep our thoughts renewed.  Ephesians 4:23 says, And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind.”  

            How can we be sure that we are “constantly renewing” our thoughts and our attitudes?  Think for a moment about the person that really gets on your last nerve!  Do you find yourself thinking about all the reasons he irritates you?  Do you replay in your mind over and over again the things she has said or done to hurt you?

             1 Corinthians 2:16 reminds us that we have been given the mind of Christ. But He will not FORCE us to use it! We have to be intentional about thinking with the mind of Christ. When we accept Jesus as our Savior, we are a new creature; old things pass away and all things become new….even our thoughts.

            My prayer for each of us today is that God will renew our thoughts. Let’s allow him take those negative thoughts and transform them into JOYful ones.

Drink your JOY JUICE faithfully so that your thoughts will be constantly renewed and filled with JOY in the Lord!

Think JOYful Thoughts!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Are you thinking sweet thoughts? It will certainly help you to have a more joyful day!

            Many times we think that since our thoughts are private, they don’t affect those around us.  But this is far from the truth.  Our thoughts not only touch others’ lives, they also have a dramatic effect on our own.

            Proverbs 23:7 says: For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

What kind of thoughts do you most often have?  Are they kind or unkind?  Are they peaceful or are they anxious?  You see, whatever we think most often, we become.  If we think loving thoughts, we become more loving.  If we think hateful thoughts….You get the picture!

            Next time we are tempted to focus on angry, bitter, resentful thoughts, let’s ask God to replace them with edifying thoughts.  We don’t want to become an angry, bitter person.  The enemy delights in filling our minds with the wrong kind of thinking.   With God’s help, we can grasp hold of His strength and willingly give Him control. We’ll be much more joyful when these negative thought patterns are replaced with those which are good, kind, and loving.

            So, as you go about your busy day, make sure to continually ask the Lord to help you have a peaceful, kind, loving thought-life.  This is a major step toward bringing JOY to others, as well as having a JOYful outlook on life. 

            Drink your JOY JUICE faithfully so that you will be thinking JOYful thoughts and spreading a double portion of JOY into the lives of others!

Turn on Your JOY Lamp!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Turn on your JOY lamp so that you can see more clearly and shine for Jesus today!

            Can people see that you’re a Christian?  Do they recognize Jesus radiating through your smile, your countenance, your words and deeds? A genuine Christian should be a JOY lamp that shines light into our dark world.

            In Luke 11:33-36, Jesus taught on this subject.  These are his words:
            “No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl. Instead he puts it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light.  Your eye is the lamp of your body…..  See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness.  Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be completely lighted, as when the light of a lamp shines on you.”

            Jesus Christ is our lamp; the eye represents spiritual understanding and insight. One commentary explains: "evil desires make the eye less sensitive and blot out the light of Christ’s presence.  If you have a hard time seeing God at work in the world and in your life, check your vision."   

            Ask God to reveal what is clouding your spiritual vision and blocking The Light of Jesus.  We want to be a good influence on others, especially those we love and are looking to us for an example.  Let’s remove the log or plank from of own eyes, so that we can see clearly and allow Christ to shine His JOY through us.

           Let’s turn on our JOY lamps and shine like stars in the universe”. (Philippians 2:15)

Improve Your Vision...JOYfully


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Inspect it with clear eyes as you drink it in. Let it improve your vision….spiritually speaking.

            Why is it so much easier to see other people’s faults rather than our own?  This must have been a problem from the beginning of time, because there are scriptures on the subject throughout the Word of God.  Listen to Matthew 7:3-5…

  "Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?  Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye?  You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye."

        Before we can help anyone else, we must make sure our own spiritual vision is clear.  Instead of being so concerned about the mistakes & sins of others and judging them, we need to take a close look at ourselves.  Our own sin may be keeping us from a close walk with God.  We need to ask God to remove the scales from our eyes so that we might be “clear-sighted”. 

            Jesus used a pretty strong term for those of us who point fingers and criticize others. He called us: HYPOCRITE! That’s not a very JOYful word, is it?  We are to be discerning, but not negative and judgmental. Let’s trust God to be the final judge as we remove the log from our own eyes.

            May each of us be concerned with seeing more clearly our own sins & shortcomings rather than pointing out those in others.  If we’ll do this, we’ll be drinking in much more JOY in the Lord.

"EYE" See JOY!

            Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Keep your eye on Jesus and you’ll be able to see JOY more clearly!

            It’s amazing how many times we use the word “eye” to describe things unrelated to our physical sight.  When tracking a hurricane, meteorologists are sent into the “eye of the storm.”  When we thread a needle, where do we put the thread? Through the “eye of the needle.” Potatoes have “eyes” which can be planted, and some of the finer cuts of beef are known as the “ribeye”. We even have a pair of teeth called our “eyeteeth.” And when we speak to someone face-to-face, we say we’re “eyeball-to-eyeball.” In a sense, we “see” eyes everywhere, don’t we?

            It’s interesting the many ways the word is used in the Bible, too. In Matthew 6:22-23 we read: 
"The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness."

            This passage is referring to spiritual vision…our capacity to see (understand) clearly what God wants us to do. Sadly, our spiritual vision can often become foggy, cloudy or out of focus.  We don’t have on our “Jesus-glasses”, so we can’t see clearly. When that happens, it’s time to go to the eye Doctor!  The best prescription for correcting bad spiritual vision is to allow God to be our guide.  A “good eye” is one that is fixed on God. 

            See more clearly every day by depending on God to be your seeing-eye guide!  He’ll lead you down the path of JOY!

Valentine's Day with JESUS is a Time of JOY!



            Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Express your love for Jesus on this Valentine’s Day by drinking and sharing His JOY with others.

            It occurred to me that every day can be Valentine’s Day when your best friend is Jesus! He expresses His love for us in the little things as well as the big. He doesn’t wait til February 14th to send His message of love!   We can find love letters every day (written especially for us) in the keepsake box called the Bible. Long ago, Jesus died on a cross to pay the penalty for your sins and mine.  What a gift…that keeps on giving!

            Throughout the day, try to meditate on the truth found in 1 John 4:8:
"Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love."
 If you can’t remember the entire verse, at least recall the last three words…."GOD IS LOVE!" 

·        When that critical remark is hurled in your direction, feel God’s arms around you because GOD IS LOVE.
·        When your day gets rushed and you begin to feel overwhelmed, remind yourself that one day you will spend eternity with Jesus, because GOD IS LOVE.
·        If you get some bad news and your heart is breaking, remember that this situation did not catch God by surprise and He is there for you because GOD IS LOVE.

          My prayer is that you will have a JOYfully blessed Valentine’s Day by meditating on the truth that the best gift is the love of God.

"SEE" with JOY!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Use the eyes of your heart to see why you need to faithfully drink in the JOY of the Lord.

            Eyes and sight are frequently used in figures of speech throughout the Bible… and in our everyday lives. When our attention is attracted to something remarkable, we call it “eye-catching”. When we watch something carefully, we are said to “keep our eye on the ball.”  Certain people “have an eye” for particular skills.  In the Bible the eye is the organ of perception, and perception involves alot more than just physical sight.”    

Many times the eye is used figuratively to indicate understanding. For example, when we understand a point that a teacher makes, we say, “Oh, I see now.” When we don’t plan ahead, we are said to be “short-sighted.”  There are times when we “turn a blind eye” to something and ignore what’s happening.  Ever disapproved of an action and said that you “take a dim view of” it?

Are you getting my point? 

In Isaiah 9:2, the prophet Isaiah wrote of the coming Messiah:  “The people walking in darkness have seen a great light”.  Knowledge and wisdom are associated with sight, ignorance and sin with darkness.

Have you seen the light?  When we allow Jesus Christ into our heart, He will light our path and shine joy into our heart like never before.  We will experience peace and will be able to “see” with the eyes of our heart that He loves us and cares for us. 

 Don’t be short-sighted!  Look toward spending a JOYful eternity with Jesus!

REJOICE in the LORD......Always!



            Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  It’s my favorite because it fills me with strength to share the JOY of the Lord!

            We’ve talked this week about the strength that comes from God.  We’ve looked at several scripture passages from Isaiah and Psalms but I’ve saved one of my favorite verses for today!  I love the book of Philippians because it’s the book of JOY.  Paul’s letter to the Christians at Philippi is such a model for us. He had every reason to be discouraged and depressed.  He was in prison!  Yet this letter is overflowing with joyful encouragement. 

            Instead of feeling sorry for himself, he trusted in the LORD to give him everything he needed.  Let's read his words in the fourth chapter, verses 12-13.

“I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty.  I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether living in plenty or in want.  I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”

            Did you get the “secret”? The secret of being content---no matter what---is a faith in God to take care of our every need.  HE is the source of our strength.

My Bible footnote explains: "Paul was content because he could see life from God’s point of view.  He focused on what he was supposed to do, not what he felt he should have.  Paul had his priorities straight; and he was grateful for everything God had given him.  Paul had detached himself from the nonessentials so that he could concentrate on the eternal." 

          Have you learned the secret of being content?  Let’s take a lesson from Paul and "rejoice in the LORD always"!

Let the JOY of the LORD Be Your Strength


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Why should you drink it?  Because it’s full of spiritual nutrients…and will give you strength!

            We all know people who seem to have more than their share of trouble.  Some have buckled under the pressure, but others have come out stronger for having gone through them!  What makes the difference?  I firmly believe that faith in God is a deciding factor.

            God’s Word repeatedly promises that through Him and in Him we will find strength to meet the challenges that come our way.  But never does He promise that He will eliminate these difficulties from our lives.  If He gave us no rough roads to walk, no mountains to climb, and no battles to fight, we would not grow.  He does not leave us alone with our challenges;  instead He stands beside us, teaches us, and strengthens us.  

            Psalm 18:30-32 says it beautifully:  As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.  For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God?  It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way perfect.”

            If you find yourself today in the midst of one of those tough challenges, let God be your shield as you take refuge in Him. Allow Him to infuse you with His strength so that you can face each challenge boldly and find the JOY of the Lord as your strength.

GOD is our JOYful Source of Strength


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  It’s the best source of strength ever known to man!

            Of course when I say “JOY JUICE”, I’m referring to the joy found in relationship with God.  When we come to the point in our lives that we realize how limited we are and how limitless God is, then we are at the beginning of understanding how much we need Him. 

            The theme of Psalm 46 is about God’s strength.  My bible notes explain: "God is always there to help, providing refuge, security, and peace.  God’s power is complete and his ultimate victory is certain.  He will not fail to rescue those who love him."

            The very first verse in the Psalm 46 summarizes it well. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”  That’s a great verse to memorize, if we’ve not already do so. God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”   If these words are in our heart, when the time of trouble comes we can recall them and be reminded that we don’t have to face the situation in our strength.  GOD is there!  He’s our refuge.  When we are weak…HE IS STRONG. 

            So on those days that you are not FEELing very strong, remember the wonderful truth that we don’t have to be strong, because we have a God who is!  And He is JOYfully ready to help us in our weakness.

             Commit these words to your heart: “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”  Now, face the day with JOY!

JOYful Strength for the Race of Life


Have you had your Joy Juice today?  Drink in the JOY of the Lord and receive strength to make it through the day!

            Do you ever feel that you are in a race?  Some days there’s so much to do and we have only a limited amount of time to accomplish it all!  There are responsibilities on the job, chores at home, necessary tasks in raising children and looking after our families.  Then there are church and civic activities, weddings, funerals, birthday parties, yard work---and at times we really want to do something for sheer entertainment.  Most of us push really hard to pack it all into our day.  Even the strongest of people get tired!

            What a blessing it is to know that our God never grows weary!  His power and strength never diminish.  His strength is OUR source of strength.  For proof of that, let’s read in God’s inerrant Word from Isaiah 40: 28-31:

Do you not know?    Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
   they will walk and not be faint.

            Just reading that truth fills me with renewed strength, how about you? 

 Always remember that no matter what we’re facing in the days to come, we know that God will give us His strength to carry on!  What a JOYful promise!

Be Strengthened by Drinking the JOY JUICE of JESUS!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  It will fill you with strength that’s super natural!

            Have you ever wanted to do something, but felt you just didn’t have the strength!?  When I was much younger, I wanted to learn to water ski, but every time I tried….I absolutely did not have the physical strength to hold on to the ropes.  That, along with not being a very good swimmer, was enough to make me give up!  I was convinced that water skiing was not in God’s plan for my life!  

I would marvel at how my husband seemed to have no trouble holding tight to those ropes and could easily glide across the top of the water, even jumping the wakes.  Could I have learned to do that if I had persevered?  As I reflect back on those memories, I realize that I gave up quickly because I was scared.  And because I gave up, I never learned to enjoy this sport.

            How often do we give up because we are afraid?  We think we’re too weak and unequipped and it’s just easier to give up!  When we throw in the towel, whether it’s physical, emotional or spiritual trials, we are forgetting where our true strength comes from!

In Isaiah 41:10, God reminds us: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

            Not sure that this scripture refers to water skiing, :)  but I am sure that God wants us to put our trust in Him and never give up!

            There is peace and joy in knowing that God is always there upholding us with His righteous right hand.

WAIT with JOY!


Have you had your JOY  JUICE today?  Please feel free to drink all you want….especially while you’re waiting.

            We’ve all heard and, hopefully, believe that God’s timing is perfect!  But when we’re waiting on an answer to OUR prayers, that’s sometimes hard to accept, isn’t it? We have our own timetable and our own plans.  We think we know what’s best.  When we have to WAIT, it’s difficult….especially when our hearts’ desire hangs in the balance!

            Let’s go back to the story of Elizabeth and remember how she had prayed and prayed for a baby.  But in her old age, she still was childless.  This had to have been  emotionally painful for her but…..she remained faithful to God.  And in HIS PERFECT TIMING, he blessed her and Zachariah with a son, John…the forerunner of Jesus! Things worked out even better than she could have ever planned.  You see, God’s timing was PERFECT because He had the best plan!  

            When we’ve prayed and prayed and it seems that God is not answering, let’s never quit praying. His timetable and methods do not have to conform to OURS!     As Ephesians 3:20 tells us, God’s plan is "...immeasurably more than all we could  ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us…"

            So let’s trust in God’s timing and in His plan.  God doesn’t forget those who have been faithful to Him. Never give up on the JOY found in His perfect plan!

Take Time to be Holy...and JOYful!


Have you had your JOY JUICE today?  Take the time….even if you don’t think you’ve got it!  You will be JOYfully glad that you did!

            What kinds of things do you “take time” for?  It seems that our days are often filled with the urgent obligations of our job, family and various responsibilities.  Sometimes we have to make ourselves stop and “take time” for certain things. What do you “take time” for?  I’m going to confess that if my children…or especially my GRANDCHILDREN need or want me to do something, most likely I will “take the time” to do that!  Why?  Because I love them!

            There’s an old hymn that was written back in 1882 by William Longstaff that reminds us of what we should always be willing to “take time” to do.  The title of the song is "Take Time to Be Holy".  Look at the words of the first two verses: 

Take time to be holy, speak oft with thy Lord;
Abide in Him always, and feed on His Word.
Make friends of God’s children, help those who are weak,
Forgetting in nothing His blessing to seek.

Take time to be holy, the world rushes on;
Spend much time in secret, with Jesus alone.
By looking to Jesus, like Him thou shalt be;
Thy friends in thy conduct His likeness shall see.

            We all need to take time to be holy by spending time with Jesus!  By taking the time to be with Him, we become more like Him.  And that, my friends, leads to JOY.

            Do you ever feel that there is not enough time in the day to get everything done that you need to do?  Especially you working moms and dads that are trying to make a living AND raise a family...I’m sure there are days when you feel you need a few extra hours! 

What we need to remember is that God gives us all the same amount of time in a day…24 hours.  We need to seek His guidance to determine how to spend that time wisely.  Some of us ARE more active than others; some of us have more obligations and responsibilities.  But we all need wisdom in using our time wisely.

I like the New Living Translation of Psalm 39:4:

"LORD, remind me how brief my time on earth will be. Remind me that my days are numbered--how fleeting my life is.”

That makes me want to fill every waking moment with God’s best, doesn’t it  you?  We only have a short time to fulfill His purpose on this earth.  Let’s allow Him to work in our hearts and lives in such a powerful way that we commit to the mission of sharing Jesus with others at every opportunity!  Keep in mind that means different things for different people!  God’s specific plan for your life is not the same as mine….but we can all join together in an effort to share His love and joy with others and to glorify God.

It’s time…to drink and share the JOY JUICE of Jesus!  Don’t waste a single minute!
