Have you had your Joy Juice today? Sometimes are you so full of joy in the Lord
that you feel as if you’ll explode? Maybe
He’s granted your heart’s desire and you just can’t thank Him enough?
In 1975
there was a tv sitcom called “Good Times”.
The main character, J. J. (appropriate for “J”oy “J”uice, don’t you
think?) made the catch-phrase “Dy-no-mite” a household word. We know that real
dynamite is an explosive material used to blast rock in the mining, construction
and demolition industries. It blasts the unwanted portion of material away so
that the desired materials can be found or projects completed.
The word
“dynamite” originated from the ancient Greek word “dynamis”, meaning
power. Are you a dynamic Christian? Do you
allow the power of God to manifest itself in your life?” Here’s a formula we all need to apply:
DIE---to
self and follow Christ (Matt. 16:24)
NO---turning back (Philippians 3:13)
Serve the Lord with all your
MIGHT! (Colossians 3:23)
DIE-NO-MIGHT!
When we put
this formula into action in our lives, we will allow God to blast away sinful
boulders that block our relationship with Him. He will help us to mine valuable
treasures of wisdom and insight. In His
treasure chest there are countless, priceless jewels of joy.
Apply God’s DIE-NO-MIGHT formula and explode
with the joy of Jesus!
